What is Included in a Membership?
When you purchase a membership, you will get instant access to my complete library of PDF patterns that you can download, save, print and keep forever. You can also search and filter through the Pattern Library and add patterns to your “Favorites” page. New patterns are added regularly!

How Do I Download Patterns?
Once you become a member, you will be able to download any pattern(s) in the Pattern Library Simply click the “Download” link below the pattern you wish to download.
Please note that if you are on a mobile device, you will need to access the site through Chrome or Safari in order to save files to your device. The Google app doesn’t allow you to save downloads (choose Open in Chrome or Safari to save).
- Ensure you are logged in and have a current membership – otherwise, you will not be able to download and will be redirected to a page where you either need to login or become a member.
- How to download your pattern(s) depends on the browser and device you are using. Here is a general guide on how to download.
You can also save patterns to your Favorites page by clicking on the heart icon (this feature is only available to members).
Is There a Commitment Required?
You can cancel your membership anytime. There is no monthly or annual commitment. Just ensure you cancel your subscription prior to your membership renewal date.
What Happens When I Cancel?
When you cancel your membership, you won’t be charged on your membership renewal date. You will have access to download patterns until your membership renewal date. Once your membership has expired, you will no longer be able to download patterns. You are welcome to sign up again anytime but the price of a monthly or annual membership may be different.

What is your Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, as per our refund policy, all sales are final. Any monthly or annual payments that have already been made cannot be refunded unless required under your country’s consumer law or other relevant consumer protection law. If you are not 100% satisfied with your membership, please contact me.
What Payment Options Are Available?
Payment options include credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payments are processed via Stripe, which provides a 100% safe and secure payment processing over a secure and encrypted SSL connection.

Are Your Patterns in US or UK Terminology?
All my patterns are written using standard US crochet terminology.
Do You Offer Left-Handed Patterns?
All my patterns are written for right-handed crochet.
Can I Sell Items Made from Your Patterns?
Yes, absolutely! Please do not use any of my images. Thank you and best of luck with your sales!
Can I Use a Different Size Hook or Yarn?
All my patterns are designed and tested with the yarn size/type and hook that is listed in the pattern. You are welcome to try something else but the size, overall look/feel of your finished item and the amount of yarn required may be different. Here is more information about using a different yarn weight or hook size.
I Can't Find the Recommended Yarn
Every pattern is designed and tested with the yarn and/or yarn weight mentioned in the pattern. If you are looking for a substitute, you can use this Yarn Substitution Tool to find an alternative.
